New Bridgestone Golf WC Design LC Wedges Offer Unique Finish For Enhanced Feel And Spin
Precision Milled West Coast Design Liquid Copper (LC) Wedges Provide Softest Feel Ever in Bridgestone Line
Covington, Ga. — Bridgestone Golf, headquartered outside Atlanta, GA, introduced today its latest line extension
to the TOUR-proven West Coast Design Wedges. The WC Design LC wedges feature a unique liquid copper finish, designed to
wear-off and accelerate the rusting process, generating more spin over time.
Like their predecessor, through Bridgestone Golf's proprietary C.A.D. design process, the WC Design LC Wedges offer unrivaled
precision shaping, replicating that of many hand-ground TOUR-level wedges. Using this C.A.D. process Bridgestone Golf has
created Variable Bounce Technology. VBT is incorporated into all the wedges in the WC Design series. The VBT sole is created
with less bounce on the heel and toe of the wedges, providing more versatility for opened and closed face shots, and additional
relief from difficult lies.
Different than the previous WC Design Wedges, the new LC series features a CNC milled face for consistency in distance control
and additional spin on shorter shots, especially greenside.
Bridgestone's WC Design Wedges all undergo a precision milling process that cuts more consistently shaped and spaced U-Grooves.
The Milled U-Grooves produce higher and more consistent backspin from all varieties of lies and turf conditions. The Bridgestone
WC Design Wedges are constructed of 8620 mild carbon steel and heat treated for a softer, yet more solid feel at impact.

The WC Design Wedges are available in 52°, 54°, 56° and 60° of loft and come standard with True Temper®
Dynamic Gold® shafts. The clubs also feature Golf Pride® Tour Velvet grips. Custom options for grips and shafts
are available.
The Bridgestone Golf WC Design LC Wedges will feature a suggested retail price of $119 per club and will be available at
