TOUR B330-RXS

Thank you! I am in love with a golf ball. I found a B330-RXS during a winter round, and tried my first sleeve yesterday. Simply perfect. The feel is just ridiculous. Great ball.

I love my Bridgestone J33 combo forged irons... and the Bridgestone B330-RXS is a great ball.

Thanks to Bridgestone Reps Jordan and Dave at their ball fitting at Mather Golf Course. Jordan explained why the B330-RXS launched higher than my ProV1, due to the softer core. He indicated the spin around the greens would be similar for both balls. All I can say is the RXS delivers.

This is my final assessment on the B330-RXS ball compared to Pro V1. I played another 18 holes with the same RXS ball that I used in doing my first test. I confirm the following: Distance with all clubs: Same as Pro V1. Accuracy with driver, woods, long irons: Better than Pro V1. Accuracy with short irons: Same as Pro V1. Spin with short irons: Same as Pro V1. Durability: Better than Pro V1. Ball flight: Same as Pro V1. The RXS is a better ball for me at a more reasonable price. Bridgestone Ball Fitting System as well as comments from users are both useful in making my decision.

I am 55. I drive it about 240-250. My score is about 75-80. My strong point is short game. I have been using Pro V1 for as long time. Lately, I tried Bridgestone golf ball on-line fitting system and the recommendation I got was B330-RX. But, having read its features, I was of the opinion that RXS might be a better pick, because I wanted maximum spin for my short irons. So, I bought a small pack of 2 balls to test out. I had 2 concerns: will it spin as good as Pro V1 and will it go as long? Today I tried playing with RXS for 18 holes. The following is my assessment of its performance: Driving distance: About the same as Pro V1. Spin with short irons: great! Distance with other clubs: similar to Pro V1. Durability: great. Sound and feel off the driver: not as good as Pro V1. In summary, I found RXS to perform better than expected and compatible to Pro V1. So, I have decided to buy a dozen of RXS to do further test, if I find it BETTER than Pro V1, I shall return with my comments.

Great ball, the B330-RXS. I have two rounds behind me and my best nine was 32 when par was 36. I made 9 birdies in two rounds and normally my birdies are 2-3. My handicap is 4.6.

I was playing at the Crystal Lake Golf Course on 9/16/12 and hit a shot into a hazard. I took a drop and hit a B330-RX that I had found. I made a bogey and went to the next tee and I've never hit a golf ball that far on this hole in 2 years. It was 340 yards with a perfect 2 yard draw. Then I stuck the next shot within 3 feet. I thought I would never say this, but the B330-RX is a better ball for me than the ProV1x, and all of my equipment is Titleist!! I wonder how the Bridgestone equipment plays?

I purchased a sleeve of the RXS balls today and shot the lowest score I have ever had on this particular course. The ball was longer than any other ball I have played and I had only 29 putts. The greens were in great shape, but I LOVED the feeling of this ball coming off my putter. It just seemed to seek the hole. I hope this is the start of a long love affair!

I shot a 78 yesterday and broke 80 for the first time playing the RXS! The distance and spin on the green is awesome!
