Had been playin mizunos for years, most recent set were blades. I decided I was going to switch back to cavity backs. I was at my course and the assistat pro is on the bridgestone staff and noticed me wearing a bridgeston visor. He asked if I played bridgestone clubs and I informed him i did not, just the ball. Well he had a set of the j36 CB's that he was selling and let me demo them. WOW! I didnt even take them to the range first, straight to the course and WOW! These had the best feel and weight, just perfect. Loved the project X 6 shafts in these babies too, beautiful combination. It was like finding my long lost child,I knew i was in love. After my round i stopped back in the pro shop and he asked how I liked them, I pulled out my checkbook and he said "I thought that might happen." These are the best irons I have ever played, look like blades, feel like blades, but have that little bit extra. Since then I got the j36 hybrid and j33 3-wood. Bridgestone has replaced mizuno and titleist in my bag 3-wood- PW. Driver will be next, just waiting to see if yall will be inroducing a j36 driver anytime soon. Thanks for making some of the greatest clubs in golf. Scott Sundem

Have played my J-36 cavity backs for about 6 months now & they are the softest, best looking blades I have owned.....and that includes 3 different sets of Mizuno's.......just wish they had some woods to do justice to these blades......2009?????

My friend bought this J36CB from Hongkong for me somewhere last week ago. I tried it at driving range and amazingly this iron is good and consistance.

My first set of players irons. They have a great feel and plenty of feedback. You know when you hit it solid or if its a miss hit the moment the ball is struck. I love the minimal offset of these irons.

Had J33's and now own the J36 Cavity Back Irons. They feel tremendous. My only complaint about all of your models is the PW, 9, & 8 iron heads are considerably too large. I prefer a smaller head iron. Considering ordering blades for those three, however, the J36 Blades heads are too large as well. Additionally, is Bridgestone coming out w/new J36 Drivers and Fairway woods? Respectfully, Charlie Garza
