These things are great! I've always had an issue with hooking hybrids but no longer. Great feel on impact, with what could only be described as a hot face. Great stock shaft option to boot. I'd gladly recommend this hybrid.

My J40 3H is ridiculously good. Feels like I've got the ball on a piece of string over 200 yards. Ball lands c.5yards from intended spot over this distance. Awesome hybrid Bridgestone!

The Bridgestone J40 hybrids are the best! They cut through the grass like a 4 stroke Ryobi trimmer. Saying the sound is awesome is an understatement! Gets the ball in the air extremely fast. This is the best hybrid I've ever hit. I'm playing an 18* with a Fubuki AX shaft. The top line is very easy to align and aim. The trajectory is perfect and the club is easy to shape the ball with. Congratulations on this beauty of a club.

First Bridgestone club for me and I love it! I've always had issues with hybrids wanting to hook. Also, either the head was too large or too small. Bought the J40 at a PGA Superstore here in the Dallas area a couple of months ago without ever hitting it because I loved the way it looked: classic design with a head that was large enough to add confidence but compact enough to look very versatile. I've now played 24 rounds with this club and it is absolutely fantastic! Ball flight is a perfect mid-high trajectory that penetrates the high Spring winds here in Texas and flies straight as an arrow for my swing. The feel of center clubface contact is also wonderful and thankfully the sound isn't the loud "tink" sound that some hybrids make. Love this club!

I love the shape of the hybrid, along with it having no offset. It was easy to get in the air and it has a really noticably straight ball flight. The feel was rock solid and it felt like I was hitting a steel shaft even though it was Project X graphite.I thought I may have hooked one but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was just a baby draw. I highly recommend this J40 hybrid to anyone, especially to those who are tired of hooking their current hybrids. Todd

I've been using bridgestone irons & wedges for a few years now (overly satisfied) and Taylormade for driver,woods,hybrid... This new J40 line will have me using strictly bridgestone clubs only... Excellent Job and Very Impressive

Great club. Feel is good, shaft is great. Will be adding at least the 3 to my bag, and once I get the irons, will get the 2 or 4, depending on distance gaps.
