EX Line Machine Operator
Bridgestone Golf, manufacturer of the highest quality golf balls in the world, is seeking dedicated, hard-working, quality-conscious operator technicians to join our team. Bridgestone is the leader in innovative technology in the golf ball market and operates a clean, team-oriented, high-tech, lean manufacturing facility located near I-20 in Covington, GA.
Qualified candidates must have a thorough understanding of operations and quality metrics and have an enthusiastic, proactive attitude. 3S and Kaizen experience a plus. Will be required to work rotating shifts, 15-16 days or nights per month, and every other weekend.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates automated production machinery (including: grinders, injection molding, hot stamp, paint spray, S-lines and Cross-link Machine).
Adjusts machinery to ensure continuous operation of all processes.
Performs visual and mechanical quality checks to ensure all production meets quality standards.
Makes necessary set-up on equipment for product or process changes.
Submits daily production, quality and equipment reports.
Maintains clean, orderly, safe workplace.
Requires weekend and holiday work.
Other duties may be assigned.
