Bridgestone Golf, Inc. is headquartered in Covington, Georgia and is the U.S. subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation headquartered in Japan. Our mission is simple: Bridgestone Golf serves dedicated golfers with superior quality golf equipment designed to maximize individual player’s golf experience and enjoyment.
Under limited direction, this position is responsible identifying and attract top talent to the organization to include active and passive candidate sourcing and partnership development with key external staff partners, supporting employee referral programs and stay interviews. The position helps build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. This position will consult and advise with the business and Director of HR on key talent decisions and strategies.

Qualifications/Skills

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to employees, top management and/or public groups.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
