Webb Relies On Bridgestone B330-RX in Winning 2013 ShopRite Classic

LPGA Legend Uses Bridgestone TOUR B330-RX Ball in 39th Career Victory
June 03, 2013

Bridgestone Tour team member and LPGA legend Karrie Webb treated golf fans to one of the most heartwarming victories on tour this year, outside Atlantic City, this weekend. Webb used grit and determination in coming from 5-shots back to win the ShopRite Classic in honor of her grandmother who is seriously ill back in Australia.

Webb utilized Bridgestone's patented seamless cover technology to negotiate extremely windy conditions in carding a final round 68 to win by two strokes. The win is Webb's first LPGA Tour victory in two years and the 39th of her illustrious career.

Webb relied on the Bridgestone TOUR B330-RX golf ball in her dramatic victory, giving the ball victories in 2 of the last 3 weeks on the LPGA Tour.

"Between Jennifer Johnson and Karrie Webb the B330-RX has had a great last few weeks on the LPGA TOUR," said Dan Murphy, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Bridgestone Golf, Inc. "We're excited to see Karrie enter the winner's circle with the TOUR B330-RX, but first and foremost, our thoughts are with her family at this time."
